Completing the online eligibility check or booking a consultation does not guarantee care. Final acceptance and clinical suitability are determined by the treating practitioner at their discretion.
Telehealth services are available to patients located in Australia where clinically appropriate and permitted by law. You must provide accurate contact details and attend in a private, suitable environment.
Consultation fees are listed on our pricing page. A payment processing surcharge of 2% is added at checkout. Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
Once a time slot is booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or edited through the website. Please contact the clinic directly if you need to discuss a change.
